This policy explains what personal information LinkReach Studio collects on linkreachstudio.com, why, and what you can do about it. It’s written to be read, not to hide things.
Who is responsible
LinkReach Studio is run by Artūras Pileckis, who is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach me at [email protected] about anything in this policy.
What I collect
- Proposal requests. When you use the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name, email address, website, niche, package and budget choices, and your message.
- Email. If you email me, I receive your email address, your message and anything you attach.
- Technical logs. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Why I use it
- To reply to your request and prepare a proposal (steps taken at your request before a contract).
- To deliver link building services if we work together (performance of a contract).
- To keep records required for accounting and tax (legal obligation).
- To keep the website secure (legitimate interest).
I don’t sell your information, and I don’t add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it for me
A small number of service providers handle data on my behalf: a form delivery service that forwards contact form submissions to my inbox, an email provider for correspondence, and the website’s hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
How long I keep it
Proposal requests that don’t lead to working together are deleted within 12 months. Client correspondence and records are kept for as long as the engagement lasts and afterward for as long as accounting or legal rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how it’s used, or to receive a copy of it. Email [email protected] and I’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how your data is handled, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
